Bank Mandiri introduce Internet Payment for commerce site. The customer who want to pay in the online shopping can use this feature, but they need a token and has a Bank Mandiri Internet account. As a developer, I've API to connect this feature for online shopping. Off course, your company must be register to Bank Mandiri as a merchant. After that, Bank Mandiri will give you the merchant ID.
The API base on XML as a dataexchange. Also a server to connect the third party vendor application for this system. The application made from Java SE. The vendor will give you the application and you will install it self on the system. The API is so easy to implemented. But sometimes if there is an error, you must talk with your network engineer about the port or firewall that block the IP.
I implemented the Bank Mandiri Internet Payment for Kompas Digital. This is usefull feature for customer and also merchant. The customer can pay at the same time without go to ATM or login to internet banking. The merchant happy because the reconcile more fast than manual method. So the transaction can be make it fast.
